Problem dual messenger

Hi,

I had problema migrating my previous WhatsApp to be the secondary account in the S24 ultra, I realized that a lot of people affected Googling it.

If you set up a secondary account , a new number,.no problem with the SMS verification, but when you try to move from another phone, SMS is not at option, doesn't work, remain same screen and in the old device no message is received. Reproduced and sent the video to Samsung, moving to any other phone works, but not to S24 Ultra.

Think the answer is to use a different Gmail account with the second Whats app then you can do a backups to Google drive and restore when you have installed second app on new phone.

Both WhatsApp account has different backup drives, is not about that 😞

I received a response from Samsung feedback section, it seems they could reproduce the issue, as per Samsung is a WhatsApp code problem , and it was reported to them....so...in summary, nothing can be done at the moment, so frustrating.

I had some issues with dual messenger.

The solution was installing an old version of whatsapp.

Use Wi-Fi while registering a previously registered number on Dual Messenger. It works for me!
