Problem after last update 6.1

After last update on 6.1 . ( And i still dont have update for 7.0 and i am from Serbia) my phone has bags when i scroll. Fluidity is less and also i need often to click twice on some icon. I see also that many people have problems for ui 7.0... Everything was perfect before this last update. I have this phone four month.

Recommend you perform a Wipe Partition Cache on your device in the first instance.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I did it before you post this, it didnt help me.

Back up then factory data reset

Some advocate not using SmartSwitch to set up your device as an option.

So back up everything except apps. Reinstall from the back up but add apps manually from Play Store and Galaxy Store respectively.

Yes i did it and still i have same problem... This is really bad
