Possible Bluetooth issue ?

Hi all , my S24+ is paired to my Toyota Corolla ( 2019 ) never had an issue with Bluetooth calls , had a call in the car last Friday , everything ok ! Today I made a call , was ok for 5 minutes then the recipient couldn't hear me , lots of interference!! Rang them back , I can hear them , they can't hear me ! Carried on like that all day , this evening after restarting phone , car , unpairing and pairing I made three calls , two heard me no issues , third couldn't hear me !! Did get a Samsung update a couple of days ago, just wondering if that's a coincidence? Anyone else the same issue ? ( Texts send and receive via BT no issues also music streams fine via BT in the car ) Thanks
