Why does the display on my S24+ look like this? The gradient of the colors is so blocky and pixelated, and when first opening an app, especially with darker backgrounds and colors, you can literally watch the colors try to reorganize themselves into a smoothee gradient or to arrange themselves into one solid color. My S22 Ultra NEVER had this issue.

@Lebmartin01 : I'm not too sure why you might be experiencing this issue. Does the problem persists if you connect to a stable Wi-Fi router, as the pixelation could possibly by the result of a poor mobile data signal in your current location. Also, if you tap the Recents button in your Navigation bar and close any apps you're not currently using, does this help at all?

Hi there and warm welcome 👋

First thing you can do is try switching from vivid to natural or opposite in under settings > display > screen mode

Settings > accessibility > vision enchantments > turn on or off colours correction see if that helps.

Other thing you can try :
Tap and hold on home screen > wallpaper and styles > colour pallet > turn on choose any colour apply then after few seconds switch it off

Things to check also if you wifi or data has good signal and can load things fast enough 1734034032682.jpg1734034032706.jpg

I've already done all of those things except for messing with the color pallete before posting. It happens no matter if I'm on WiFi with a strong signal or even full 5G. I'll try turning off and on the color pallete and see what happens, thanks.

It happens on both 5G and WiFi, no matter the signal strength. Clearing apps didn't help either. Another user suggested messing with the color pallete, I'm going to give that a try.

How about adjusting the screen resolution? Choose a higher resolution and see if it solves the matter, although it sounds like a graphic card being slow at rendering the images on the screen

I had it in 2340x1080, switched to 3120x1440 and the problem persists.

The app in the picture is Instagram,  but it's also affecting Facebook and Spotify to a degree
