Strange Noise Inside Phone After Drop

My phone accidentally fell from a low height (not very high), and I wasn't using a case at the time. After picking it up from the ground, I noticed a sound inside the phone, like something small is moving when I tilt it up and down (but not side to side). It feels as if a tiny part is loose and shifting.

Could you please let me know if this is a serious issue, and whether it might affect my phone's performance? Po you have any idea what this could be?

Do you hear it from inside the phone itself or the camera?
You can run a diagnostic test just to assess if everything is working as usual.

Actually, I think from the camera because when I moved it the sound came from near to the camera.
I checked that everything was good.

That is quite common, it looks like on your phone it started after you dropped it. It just the camera lense but it shouldn't affect the camera quality. Keep updated.
