Poor S24 Ultra Screen Protector

The screen protector that came with my S24 Ultra has only lasted a few months. The surface has degraded reducing the quality of the phone's display. It looks like it's delaminating. Not from the phone, but within the protector itself.

Not great from Samsung. You would expect something they supply to be a higher quality and to last at least a year or more.

I'll have to find a replacement.

Depends on how it gets looked after.
I'm quite rough with my phones, so the screen protector does it's job and when it needs replacing, then just change it.
It's a sacrificial thing and so it's not made to last.

They are easy enough to change anyway.
I've damaged the screen protector on my Z Fold 6 and I need to change it already.
Just one of those things

I agree. But you don't expect the screen protector to degrade on its own. No external damage/scratches/etc.

Whitestone Dome glass screen protector highly recommended. A bit pricey but 2 in the pack. On my S23U has over 1 year now on and no scratches at all

Is that the official one....cos I agree it shouldn't go like that......I had an official 2 pack and mine has been fantastic up to now since February......

When you say the screen protector came with the phone do you mean it was already applied or did it came separately and applied subsequently? Because if former I think Samsung stopped applying screen protector few years back so that is only a protective cover. If latter then it is poor quality screen protector

They did after s10 I believe

It is a real shame that Samsung no longer puts its screen protector on mobile phones after the S21 series. I still have it on my S21 ultra and after 3 years it looks like new
