Pixilated screen

Hi all 
Just asking anybody out there experiencing pixelation on s24 ultra, while watching netflix or youtube. 
I don't have any issues in other apps ie Disney + bbc iplayer sky or prime. 
Has anybody had this. Samsung went through soft reset cache clearing and reinstall the apps but it's still the same. I've contacted Samsung again but they haven't bothered to reply.

Is that were they had you connect your phone to a computer and you reboot in to recover mode, or just delete the cache from within the app settings?

Connect to the computer, recovery mode then clear cache partition

It's a shame the firmware update is not coming in the next day or two. That might have fixed it. For now, I'd put it down to a faulty phone and try and get Samsung to replace it.

That's what I'm waiting for samsung to reply and resolve the matter. Unfortunately I only ever get through to the first line of defence. I've emailed the top man through samsung but no reply yet. Very Disappointed with the support from them.

What resolution are the YouTube and Netflix videos playing at? YouTube has an annoying thing that sometimes it decides to play a video in low res if your signal is not strong enough or at least it thinks it isn't

Thanks for the input, I've checked youtube resolution and I've got it running in high. So that's not the issue either. 🤔

I received an update to the Netflix app this morning. Have you tried the new version if you haven't already downloaded it?

Yes mate done that nothings changed. I've had communication with Samsung today and they are arranging for a same day exchange , so fingers crossed on that one.
