Could the issue be the connection strength i.e Wi-Fi or Mobile Data that's causing this @smartfox ?

Netflix has its own app to check your download speed ... Internet Speed Test | Fast.com
I would guess that anything above 25Mbps is just fine. (I noticed years ago that even 5Mbps was fast enough to stream videos on my older phone.)
I just watched a few minutes of Netflix on my S24 Ultra, and there were no problems.
