That issue is certainly a conundrum 🤔
Is the phone's System volume up very high ?
Check by pressing the rocker button up or down and themes press the 3 little dots in the slider pop up to see.
You can check the vibration levels in Settings > Sounds and Vibration.
Maybe your body is on high sense to the particular spund you've chosen.
There js a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything. However I doubt it will.
You could think about swapping the phobe out as a last resort.
