Hey people,
Is anyone else feeling like there phone is getting really hot by doing simple tasks and not in extended periods of use. Plus my forward camera (at least in snapchat and instagram) starts to get choppy and doesn't run smoothly when the phone gets the slightest bit hot. What's happening? Cause I got it 2 days ago new?

I'm not experiencing this @Tommyplesio however i appreciate we all set up our phone's differently and use different apps and use them differently too.
The phone if two days old will still be in it's initial learning ohase which takes approximately 1~2 weeks to complete.
A good troubleshooting step is if the phone isn't behaving after an update is to clear it's System Partition Cache Files.
> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
A good way to find out if a downloaded app is causing this is Safe Mode.
> Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then ling hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
There is also an optimisation tool found in the Device Care Section.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

I just decided to buy a new Samsung s24 and when I went to a few stores, I noticed that the s24 is always much hotter than the s24+ and ultra. This has stopped me from buying until I understand the circumstances of this phenomenon in more detail

I have been experiencing the same issue, for about 7 weeks, with my Samsung Galaxy S24. Simple tasks and phone getting hot (battery temperature very high).
I have been trying to analyse the problem further by myself but haven't found a real solution yet, just some temporary workaround. I have posted some details of my findings in a post of another forum thread.
Anyone else in this forum experiencing the same overheating problem?
