Yes next year with S26 they do it in purpose just like samsung breif was not supposed to work on s24 only on s25 I have samsung brief for few months I found a youtube video how to install it and it works samsung is good to sales phone not too much on upgrading their old model they prioritize sales before working on upgrading old models
