For everyone saying it's now the 8th, they said the 7th, where is the update, this is ridiculous etc. Firstly it is being released but is done via Regions, batches and types for release management amd server load balance. You can't just push it to the server and have a free for all.
Secondly. Are the devices you have actually factory unlocked ones (bought direct from Samsung, likes of Argos etc) or supplied as part of a contract from a service provider? If it's from a provider then you'll likely have a longer wait before getting the release as it will be tweaked for and by that network. It could be days or even weeks before the network pushes it via OTA. That's not Samsungs doing.
Thirdly. I've been part of the Beta testing for OneUi and been running the software in it's various iterations for months. Even us Beta testers haven't had what would be a smaller update to push us from Beta to official release.
