That's an error when samsung members was down for a few days last week. Android 16 is not released yet apart from the beta which Google has released. Just ignore the banner

Android 15 was released in October last year. Oh my it's been nearly a whole 6 months!!!! Surely we're due 15 more Android versions in that time!!! 😔😡😔😡😔
