Hello everyone, Has an official release date been announced for One UI 7?

Dates are all speculation
It's thought to be first quarter release

Other brands are not pairing with Google to integrate Gemini with One UI 7 software
It's a big change and requires a huge investment in development.
The software is not going to be released until ready

But you can get the full experience if you cannot wait by getting an S25 series phone now
The S25 series phones have been developed from the ground up for the software. Older phones need to be adapted for it

They said march now for s24 ultra..it was feb.7th then end of feb..now march..this is getting ridiculous!

@gass88tp2  We  do not klnow for certain but is is likely to be take a bit of time for the stable release to roll out to the S24 series,I am sure there will be complaints on buggy software.in my view it would be an inferior experience with One Plus or  Xiaomi  but everyone has the choice.

 This answer is ridiculous, why defend what cannot be defended? Don't buy Samsung anymore if that's their update policy!

Maybe there is no point of expexting any Androud 15 rollout for the S24, S23 or even the S22 series. So if Samsung was saying Android 15 will be available in Q1, which ends March 31st. Now the rollout won't happen until April, possibly May. I'm willing to guess once May gets here, it will be delayed until August. Then possibly another delay until December 2025. Then the S26 series will be released, probably with Android 16 or 17 and any customers with S24 series or earlier will be left in the dark. Like I said in my own post, S24 series or previous will never see Andeoid 15 and that is looking more and more factual every week.

Any S series (S24 or earlier) will either see Android 15 next year when the S26 is released, or we will never see it. One or rhe other, either way, Samsung just wants customers to spend approx $2000 to change and get a new Ultra phone every single year

Any Samsung that is NOT the S25 series (S24, S23, S22) will either get Android 15 in 2026, when the S26 series comes out OR we will never get it. Samsung lied to us last year with 7 years of updates, it's only 7 years of patches yet still being stuck on Android 14. First Samsung said it would update in Q1 and now it's pushed back to May. When May hits, it will be delayed until August and then 2026. Then probably another delay until 2027. Nicely done Samsung, 7 year promise that results in millions of custimers having to spend approx $2000 each for an S25 Ultra and then an S26 Ultra and so on and so on. We might as well just buy a new phone every year since that's what Samsung wants

Samsung is claiming by their actions that a 1-year-old phone is obsolete. I have canceled my s25 ultra upgrade. There is nothing wrong with the one UI 7 beta it works fine The reason they're not pushing it is they want you to buy an s25 ultra and next year they want you to buy an s26 ultra and the following year they want you to buy an s27 ultra even though they claim these are pretty much future proof.
