If you're not finding it in GoodLock/HomeUp, then I don't believe it's possible.

Assuming you're talking about the design? As what you have there is Apple iOS?

You can put apps at the bottom.

That is an Apple phone, so how can you add that to a Samsung?

With Good Lock Theme Park modul you can create your unique icons, theme, quick panels, and with Good Lock Home Up you can rearrange, enlarge, reduce, overlap applications on the home screen (all except App Drawer), you can add stickers, everything what you imagen 🙂

Go to Home screen settings and there should be an option there for the Home screen layout. I did accidentally do something in Home Screen (sorry it was a few wks ago so I cannot remember), that made them disappear so I had to uninstall that and they came back, I'm not saying it was an issue with Home up as I have since reinstalled it but haven't changed anything in the Home screen settings this time!
