Media Player animation

When you slowly close notification shade,animation start and you can see "MediaOngoinActivity" behind media player. I don't think that this is how it should be.

Hi! Absolutely isnt normal.

Attempt a soft reboot
press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until the screen goes black and then the phone restarts.

This is system UI controller,i think, you can look it in Notification History. This element must be transparent or somehow be hidden

It's a visual bug which needs addressing. Make sure to report it to Samsung support.
