Rumours are rumours at the end of the day, it remember getting my one ui 6.1 on s24 ultra on EE and I haven't was delayed due to network for month or so, but one ui 7 came same day as the rest of Europe got it knowing my device was from EE so you never know, and at the end of the day it's just best for everyone's interest as you will get stable and bug free software, rather than rushed out and full of bugs, I really sympathy with it but it's worth to wait.
