I absolutely hate one ui7 on the s24 ultra, seems like garbage not as much customisation, stupid little things like the notification menu, battery level harder to see, keep closing the wrong app because of how it's done now and the stupidity of not being able to change the search bar in the app screen and when you use the search bar the amount of rubbish it brings up that just isn't needed I just want it to show the app I am searching for nothing else.
If the update stays like this and they continue to progress like this then this will be the last samsung I own, as this is so far away from previous samsungs I might aswell be using something else.
If anyone knows a way to roll back to previous update instead of one ui7 please let me know hopefully before I get a different phone.

I updated my S24 ultra yesterday, and after speaking with support, I can't have the edge lighting up when I plug in my charger. It's been removed. Also, I know it's not much, but the search bar when looking for an app is now at the bottom of the screen, not the top. And again, you can not move it. Why do the software developers do this? 🥲

So when are we going to get an option to revert all the stupid IOS changes One UI 7 has brought to Android?

• The notification bar is stupid, why change something that wasn't broken?
• The search bar has now moved to the bottom??? Why?? No option to put it back to the top just forever sat at the bottom (I personally think it looks ugly)
• The lock screen is virtually identical to the IOS lock screen, i tested this with my old mans iphone and beyond the dates being above/below - they're the exact same.

Honestly i could go on, seems like Samsung / Android is moving towards IOS styling, I'll be honest. It looks ***** and because my stupid ahh is Neurodivergent there's ***** all i can do about, it's literally driving me insane.

Absolutely confused why it's gone down this direction.
