After updating my S24 Ultra on Friday April 11th 2025 to the One UI 7.0 version, it no longer recognizes my Samsung superfast charging blocks. I did all the routine checks in settings. I checked the cable and blocks and still nothing. Prior to the update the phone was charging great using my Samsung charging blocks. After the update it no longer recognizes the charging blocks. However my buds pro 3, bose open ear and galaxy watch ultra, all recognize the Samsung superfast charging blocks. Does this One UI 7.0 version has issues? Is anyone else getting this problem?

When using the anker charging block it indicates Fast charger connected. When using Samsung superfast charging block nothing happens. Nothing is indicated and the phone does not charge.

Hi good day. Yes. Prior to the One UI 7.0 update the phone was able to use the Samsung superfast charging block. When the phone was running One UI 6.1 the charging block was charging the phone great. It is only when I updated the software to One UI 7.0 the phone no longer recognizes the charging block. When I plug in the anker fast charging block, in the battery settings it says fast charger connected. However when I plug the Samsung branded superfast charging block nothing happens. The phone is not charging. My issue is why did the charging stop when the phone software went from One UI 6.1 to One UI 7.0. The Samsung superfast charging block is currently charging all my other devices.

@coxs06: When using the Super Fast charging block, are you using the USB cable that came packaged with your S24 Ultra? If not, please give it a try to see if you notice an improvement.

Yes I am. I have been using the USB cable. My issue only started after I updated my device to One UI 7.0
