Hi everyone, so samsung halted and paused update of 6.1.1 for s23 series s24 ultra etc due to issue with s23 ultra camera zoom and other bugs, s24 ultra had no reported issues after update but they decided to pause it for those who's still waiting for update to double check their work and double check on everything hopefully their resume it soon. For those who's still waiting with s24 ultra etc keep in mind samsung removed official 3gb update from their servers until they think it's safe to release it again. So now all you have to do is wait.
