Hello community ๐Ÿ‘‹, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra from last year. Sadly, I'm not receiving any software updates or security patches ๐Ÿ™. I have contacted Samsung support several times, but they are not responding properly ๐Ÿ˜ก. Can anyone help me with this? ๐Ÿ™ #Samsung #GalaxyS24Ultra #SoftwareUpdate #TechSupport #Help

Well from a little research, that is indeed a uk model. Meaning my usual fix for this won't work.

Erm, OK few ideas. In samsung members, run the diagnostics specifically for official software. It should pass but for the chance it fails, worth a try.

For updates, try removing your sim, rebooting the phone and seeing if it updates. 99% of the time updates don't work due to cell carriers and pain.

Do your google play system updates work? Not sure of what your menu looks like but for me, settings, security and privacy, updates, google play system update. It's a second update system. As long as it says something 2025, its fine. Just in case it says 2024 I'd be even more perplexed.

If all fails, you could install smart switch on your pc, connect your phone, check for updates on smart switch on your pc. It can update phones.

Really rare for updates failing on a uk phone uk sim device
