Hello community 👋, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra from last year. Sadly, I'm not receiving any software updates or security patches 🙁. I have contacted Samsung support several times, but they are not responding properly 😡. Can anyone help me with this? 🙏 #Samsung #GalaxyS24Ultra #SoftwareUpdate #TechSupport #Help

What is the exact model name of your device (found in about phone) and which country is your sim card from?

If your phone was made for a country that isn't the same as the country your sim came from, updates break.

The above info means I can check in case you didn't know or bought the phone from someone who originally got it from another country

Can you double check? That code doesn't have any results at all. Did you mean SM-S928B/DS

Where is the phone originally from? As already mentioned if it is from different region like US or HNK that will explain lack or updates

Who did you buy it from in UK? What did support say when you asked them to help?

Sorry to have to do this twice but you're 100% sure that is what it says. In the yellow part I circled.

Only doing all of this as the code you're saying isn't a real/valid samsung device code. Again, very sorry for asking to double check again.

As I hate to say it but if that really is what your phone says, it might be fake or something is up...ducZE9oZsx.png
