Hi everyone, I need help! I've tried everything, and I don't have any solutions!
For about a week, my S24 has decided to ring alarms non-stop throughout the day. The alarm starts ringing and gets louder and louder, and no option to turn it off appears. The only solution is to literally turn off the phone and wait for some time, sometimes half an hour, and turn it on again and hope that the alarm does not return.
Initially, I thought it was some alarm that I had set. So I went straight to the menu, in the Alarm/Clock app, and deleted all the alarms that were there. But it didn't help at all. Searching the internet, I found that there are 2 alarm programs inside the S24. So I went to both (the one that looks like a circular table clock, and the other that looks like an hourglass), and deleted the alarms. I tried to clear the cache of both apps. And finally, I also disabled the programs, to make sure that the alarms would not ring again. And again, nothing. The random alarm keeps popping up throughout the day.
I've searched Google, and even here on Samsung Community , but no solution I've seen has worked. I'm out of options, and I'm even considering formatting and resetting the phone completely, despite all the hassle it will be! The phone has received some updates in the last few days, but none of them have fixed it! Does anyone have any idea what else I can try to turn off this stressful noise?
UPDATE: I just dumped the second clock app and since then (4d later) the phone didn't ring randomly once. Thanks so much for all your help. I really appreciate all the effort and ideas, I'll keep it in mind if the problem returns. And the best part, I didn't have to reset my phone \o/

Safe Mode: Restart your phone in Safe Mode to determine if a third-party app is causing the alarms. In Safe Mode, only pre-installed apps run. If the alarms don't go off in Safe Mode, then a downloaded app is likely the culprit. Uninstall recently downloaded apps, especially those with alarm functionalities, to identify the problematic app.
Check Bixby Routines: Bixby Routines can automate tasks, including setting alarms. Ensure you don't have a routine accidentally triggering alarms. Open Bixby Routines and check if there are any routines that involve alarms. Disable any routines that might be causing the issue.
Reset Clock App Preferences: Reset the Clock app to its default settings. This might resolve any glitches causing the alarms to malfunction. Go to Settings > Apps > Clock > Storage > Manage storage > Reset storage.
Factory Reset: If none of the above solutions work, consider resetting your phone to factory settings. This will erase all your data and settings, so be sure to back up your important information before proceeding.
If the problem persists after a factory reset, it could be a hardware issue. Contact Samsung Support for further assistance

Until this is sorted, can you enable Do Not Disturb?
Does Notifications give you any useful information regarding this?
This is very strange and I'd be curious to learn what the cause of this is.

Hi there! I have exactly the same problem!
The sound of the alarm is the same I set for my alarm clock. So I hoped with restarting it I fixed the problem. I also checked every time wich apps are active and I checked the notification history. There was no note for the time the alarm has gone off.
The notifications for bixby are off and also it has no autorisations.
I don't think its an app I installed from my old phone because there are some people with the same problem with the same kind of phone.
So thanks for your message, if it happens again I would really need help to fix it too!!
