Samsung changed thier minds about paying klarna for s23

I sent my s23 ultra back to samsung when i got my s24 ultra on release day and recieved email from samsung saying everything was ok and they will settle my Klarna. I then recieve email from klarna late January saying my payments have been frozen pending samsung settling.
I recieve email today from Klarna saying samsung are now refusing to settle and i will now have to start paying again.
Samsung have not contacted me and still have my phone.
Anyone else had this happen?

I assume they have not clarified why Samsung have taken these steps @Snoopystu  🤔

Might be worth speaking with Samsung Customer Services and / or send a Private Message via this forum to SAM_UK { No guarantees they'll be able to assist. }

Spoke with a lady at samsung and she said she can not help snd passed it to another department and i will be notified soon she said
