Moisture in usb port

Hi , for the past 2 days I am unable to charge my s24 plus as it keeps telling me that there is moisture in the usb port and making this sound , I have done a few things that I see on YouTube , no w of them works . 

Can anyone help ?

hello there, when i had moisture in my charging port after water damaging my s23 ultra, Putting it in a zip lock bag with an anti moisture pouch semi worked (Mine was in salt water for over an hour, silly i know) but it should help. I also tried putting a fan underneath it while it was charging port down. If none of this works id recommend you contact Samsung support and get their advice.

Have you run a diagnostic test from the members app? Have you tried clearing cache partition? Different cable? If none of these work you may need to send it to Samsung for repair.

Thank you , I will try anything i can . Just purchased this phone 3 months now . How do I contact Samsung support?

Make sure there's no dirt or dust in the port. That warning means some of the pins are making contact where they shouldn't. Dust is actually conductive as is moisture

I try the cache clearing and that didn't work , I've tried different cables , that didn't work either . How do I run the diagnostic ?

I have done the diagnostic and it's telling me that the charging port is not working, is that a system fault or it could be the moisture in the port ?
