Moisture in usb port

Hi , for the past 2 days I am unable to charge my s24 plus as it keeps telling me that there is moisture in the usb port and making this sound , I have done a few things that I see on YouTube , no w of them works . 

Can anyone help ?

I turned phone off ,then turn it back on as soon as it says samsung (model number) on black screen put the charger in
