Mobile data issue on the S24+

Hi,

I got an S24+ 2 days ago. I am really struggling to get the mobile data to work properly. It is slow slow that my apps tell me there is no internet connection.  Sometimes rebooting helps, but not every time and I never get 5g with only 1 sim card.

I placed a 2nd sim into the phone and separated the calls and messages from data and suddenly I have stable 5g.  If I swap the sim cards I have the same issue and the 5g only follows when data is assigned to the one sim card. I have already gotten a new sim and this didn't solve the issue.  

The kicker is that if I only put in the sim card that gives me 5g and take out the 2nd one I go back to having slow to no internet access at all.

This experience has really made me regret coming back to a Samsung after having no issues on iPhone for the last 15 years.

I did a hard reset, setup everything again and now I have better speed but still much much worst than on my wife's iPhone..... which is older

Have same issue after last 2 updates on new S24+

Resetted all network settings (mobile, wifi, bluetooth), dalwick cashe, reboooted, nothing helps.

Did you manage to solve the problem?

Problem persists after last 2 updates, before that was ok. Showing mobile internet is ok, signal ok, but its dead on 5G as well on 4G and lower. Sometimes on of mobile data helps but in most ways only rebooting the phone - resulting to receive messages and emails way too late.

Switched to backup phone Redmi Note 12 Pro and its working as mobile phone should, until samsung or I resolve this very unpleasant situation.

Only one relatively new, tested and working sim. Used SmartSwitch for contact updates when bought new phone.

Any further suggestions perhaps?

Same issue here (S24+).

Still no solution from Samsung 🙁

I experienced the same problem having the data active but while trying to surf the internet or use an app that required internet access it denied saying that there is no internet . I swapped the sim from the tray from slot 1 to slot 2 and it work just fine
