Dim display after phone unlock

Hi team , the odd time when I've unlocked my phone via fingerprint the screen is dull , brightness is set to 50% , it's like it comes on at 25% instead of 50 , lock the phone then unlock and it's back to normal brightness, there's no extra brightness settings turned on or adaptive brightness turned on . Anyone else had this ?

Have you checked if the extra dim setting is enabled under settings>accessibility>vision enhancements?

Yeah that's all off , it literally happens once out of 30 times

I see. It does sound like some software bug, maybe with a widget or some app.

Well after several error reports Samsung now want a video of the screen being dim after I unlock the phone and lock again then unlock and it's back to normal brightness.....

Hi again , after various updates , this is still happening, it's happened twice tonight , unlocked phone via fingerprint, screen looks dim , lock them unlock and it's back to the brightness it's set to

I have the same problem with m55.

I put error reports in via members app and after a couple of SW updates it's been ok
