Hello All,
I had my s24 ultra in February this year and I am currently on tesco mobile sim only contract.
The issue I have is that I am constantly having issues with not getting any mobile data, either in the city I live or in any city or town when I step foot out of where I live.
I have followed the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Cycled phone on and off
2. Cycled phone through restart
3. Repeatedly Cycled airplane mode on and off
4. Sim out / Sim in
5. Sim out / phone off / phone on / Sim back in
6. Switched Sim trays
7. Cycled Sim on and off repeatedly
9. Cycled data networks repeatedly from 5g / 4g etc down to 2g and back
10. Reset data networks, repeatedly
Has anyone else had any issues similar and has a fix regardless of the network you may be on?
Tesco mobile tech support have not been much help and I'm wondering if I need to somehow rule out the handset but I wouldn't know how to do that.
Any help would be appreciated...๐๐๐
