Hi @CArscan_1 , We have a guide for crashing apps here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-fix-apps-that-keep-crashing-or-freezing/
But if none of those steps have worked, the best thing to do is submit an error report with log files via the Members app.
As soon as you can after the issue occurs (within 15 minutes is best):
Samsung Members > Support > Send feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > choose frequency of issue, and write an accurate and good description (and attach any screenshots/pictures/videos showing the issue if you want/are able to) > tick ‘Send system log data’ > Send (the > icon on the top right).
(Or, for a shortcut: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select 'Error reports' from the dropdown menu, and follow the steps from there.)
That will send that report and log files for the Samsung developers to analyse.
Further guidance on how to send error reports here if you need it: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/samsung-members-app-how-to-send-an-error-re...

Are you a developer of the app or a user of the app?
If you are developer, then you might like to target a developer forum. It looks like some library incompatibility.
If you are a user, then you might like to contact the developers of the app. If I search on Google Play for the app, it does not come as a compatible app with my device. The developer should make it compatible.

I am from carscan tech team. Were there any changes which were done in the latest version on One UI 6.1? Because we have not done any changes in our app and our app works completely fine on older version.

Hi @CArscan_1
It might well be some changes on UI 6.1. It looks like some library incompatibility. You might be using an object that is lacking a method or property. e.g. you might be trying to modify a parameter on Window view that has been removed.
This question is more appropriate for a developers' forum. This is the community forum which most members are users with limited knowledge of coding or development.
You are better served by reporting the issue through the Members app. It might reach the technical team.
For this, open the autoboys app, within 15 minutes or less after it crashes, open the Members app, tap the support tab, scroll down to Send feedback and report an error. It should send a report to Samsung. They might be able to provide better help than this forum.
You could follow @AntS link for troubleshooting the app, but this more of a code debugging issue, which far exceeds the time and knowledge that most members on this forum will be able to dedicate to it.
