Message App Crashing

Message app constantly crashing even when just open for a few seconds. 

No phone or app updates to install. 

Rebooted phone and still no joy.

Any recommendations?

I uninstalled then reinstalled meet and it worked

It worked but now I don't have Meet which I use daily to talk to family.

That did not fix the issue.

Can you reverse Meet update because I use that app as well.

I've never installed it, but it was there in my apps list. Disabled it and back to working again.
