Message App Crashing

Message app constantly crashing even when just open for a few seconds. 

No phone or app updates to install. 

Rebooted phone and still no joy.

Any recommendations?

Just been into tje google play store and searched Meet. It has an update clocked pn update and I jave messages again

Disabling Meets fixed the issue for me

it worked for me..deleted all meet apps..good advice..was worried

Fixed without uninstalling anything. Google Meet just needed to be updated. I guess the two are connected. Not sure why it didn't show up as a necessary update, bit all good now.
