Welcome to the community forum.
It depends on the particular app you are using. Here are some general information, which might be slightly different for your mailing app.
- Open the mailing app (e.g. Gmail)
- Tap on the mailbox which contains the email (e.g. Inbox)
- Tap on the message you want to forward.
- It should have a 3 vertical dots icon, next to the sender's name, tap it.
- A floating menu should appear one of the options is Forward, tap it.
- Enter the email(s) to forward to on the To field.
- Tap send.
