Libre 3 sensor and s24u

Got the above setup and in the libre 3 app it states that alarms are unavailable. I have ensured 3 of the errors are turned on but still saying alarms unavailable. Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this ?

Hi Mike, do you have your phone set to do not disturb? If so, you can make an exception to allow Libre to override the setting.

@mike_harris: The Freestyle support site states the following: "Alarms Unavailable' is a feature to ensure users have set up their phone settings correctly to use the FreeStyle Libre app*. If the user's phone does not have the correct settings and permissions enabled, they will receive an 'Alarms Unavailable' notification and banner."

With this in mind, please try heading to Settings > Apps > Libre 3 app > Permissions, and ensure that all relevant permissions are enabled here. You should also ensure that you are within Bluetooth range of your Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the app is up to date.

They are all on and set as should be ingoogled what settings to do and it's still doing it. All was fine a few weeks ago. Something has changed

Hi Mike did you solve it? Ive had a new phone, im going to remove app and then install it again tomorrow. Lets see if that works.
