I believe you did not updated your phone to UI7 when it was released a month ago and you did it now, I could be wrong though, idk. Here is a useful topic with useful information about what to expect after update and how to troubleshoot existing problems.

It's nearing summer and a lot warmer. The update didn't cause this.

I have the same issue with my S24 Ultra, the phone heats up very quickly without playing game or heavy apps
By just having tiktok open it heats up

It's normalised now, maybe fresh updated and optimised
