Image shift issue

A very common issue to be addressed

-

Anybody is facing image shift issue while zooming from 1x to 5x in #GalaxyS24Ultra? 

Portraits from this device is also grainy.

5x and 10x auto images are dull and grainy.

What will be the reason, a software update can fix it ???

I remember similar issues with the S22 Ultra. It got sorted in subsequent firmware releases. Actually, Samsung released two firmware releases this month, the usual one and out the blue we got one yesterday improving camera performance.

Have you tried Expert Raw? The stock camera app of the S22U was really bad, but the Expert Raw app was taking great pictures out of the box.

Not sure if they have released a software update yet for the S24ultra. The S22ultra has received two updates this month one being to fix the camera issues plus the normal security patch.

Actually I get hands-on experience of S24 ultra for some time only, my friend bought one, while checking I got to see it. Today evening I will check the expert Raw and click some pictures. Something is in my mind

Do try expert raw, the stock camera app usually needs a few iterations.

There have been some excellent pictures posted on this forum. Some on low light (dark), with great results, and some of them of nice country views which were very good.

Im facing this issue, is it hardware or software? Do i need to apply for replacement? It is very hard to get replacement in India, those service centre guys treats customers like trash 😅

No replacement please, it's just software issue, will be fixed soon
