Quick Share Issues

I thought it was just a 1 time issue however now it seems quick share isn't working. I was trying to send something over to my tab s6 because I need the image on a bigger screen. I've restarted the devices and done everything that's been suggested and it simply has not worked. Is anyone else having this issue with quick share not working? 

Before anyone asks the questions I know will come up:

- Yes, I have the devices close to each other with a stable Bluetooth and Internet connecting: both of them have "everyone" as who can send files over. 

- Both devices have Quick Share up to date. I checked the version data and checked that it didn't need updating.

- I have restarted both devices, turning them on and off and hard restarts. 

- I have cleared the cache, and I tried turning flight mode on and off too.

I'm just getting frustrated because sending it by email and by WhatsApp is a big inconvenience.

You've gone through a lot of troubleshooting. The only thing I would suggest now is signing out of the Samsung account linked on both devices, then turning them both off and on again, and then signing back in. See if that helps.

I did it when I got my tablet back from repairs and I logged back into everything, I've also reset my phone recently so that required me to sign back into everything

Hm. My only other suggestion would be
Nearby Share (Google):
This is often considered the most direct and seamless alternative, as it's built into Android.
It works very similarly to Quick Share, using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct for fast transfers.

Thank you for the suggestion, honestly all the samsung apps have been having issues recently I'm so disappointed

It's understandable when things don't work as they should. If you end up using my suggestion, report back to see if it works.

I had this problem with my new S25 ultra and nothing I tried worked until after the February security patch and now it works fine

Really? It still hadn't been working since January and I'm starting to get really annoyed.

yeah it wouldn't share to my s9 fe tablet or to my PC it was sending me crazy 😄

Hey there

Quick Share is best used over WiFi not Bluetooth.

Both devices need to be on the same WiFi network....
