May I ask you why do you need it? Beta comes with bugs, apps not working and so on, better to wait for stable release, it's right on the corner. Nothing to lose if you can't join beta.

Beta software as has already been mentioned can be instant l unstable.

Too many users stress over wanting the beta not because they want to try out the new software and feedback issues to Samsung but because they can't wait for stable release.

Then, when things like Google Wallet and GoodLock don't work (which you are told about before downloading the beta but people don't read that), they come back and complain about the software.

Please only join the beta if your intention is to test and feedback and that you are prepared to take some risk with potential bugs in the software as Samsung look to perfect it.

If there is no banner in Samsung Members, your device isn't eligible.

I suspect you bought it from a network and not from Samsung directly.

That's why then. Your device won't be eligible for beta as it is out of region.

You'll have to wait until stable release.
