Hi i have a s24 ultra on beta my wife just got the one ui7 update for her s23 ultra and my daughter got hers on her s24 ultra today dose anyone know when the beta will finish

To my understanding the S24 beta has been over for a while. You should be on the normal UI7 now.

*Note: There was a visual glitch on Samsung Members which suggested you were still on the beta, even if you were not.

Hi john237 I've just reset my phone and it still comes up saying beta version

It's a glitch on Samsung Members. Fully updated app?

Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. It should show the version you're on.

Go to settings - about phone - software information - Service provider software version. What does it say? (Don't share anything on about software information besides the Service provider software version—crop the screenshot.)

Hm. And you're based in the UK/EU?

I'm surprised you haven't had the update, seeing as you've got the S24...
I would maybe reach out to Samsung directly.

The update is being released in batches but its been over a month since they started releasing it

Hi sorry to be a pain I've tried samsung support just wondering if you or anyone knows what else i can do
