Contact Samsung support. Does it happen in Safe Mode?

Was this a Samsung Experience Store or the store that sold you the phone @unkniwn ?
I'd be surprised if a Samsung Experience Store said they couldn't help you, if you bought it there.
You've only had the phone for a short period of time.
My advice comes from being resident in the Uk.
if your not in the Uk then check what your roghts are in your own region.
If another Store then they should have terms and conditions of a sale.
Either way the display has an issue causing this with that line of pixels.
The display will most probably require replacing, however as the phone js relatively new in your possession they should swap it out for a new phone.
Please let us know how you get on.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @unkniwn
Happy birthday, better late than never. 😀
Please could you expand on your answers?. "Done everything" and "Sure" might be technical correct but does not provide clarity what you have tried and limit the way that we might be able to help.
Where did you buy the phone from? Are you in the UK? In the UK the retailer is legally responsible for your product. The phone is 11 days old, you should be able to return it and demand a refund.

You are still within the cooling off period. If they do not want to replace it or find a solution that you are happy with, you could cancel the contract and get it from another place.
The 2 years of free repairs is nothing more that the standard warranty (unless they are adding something extra), which does not affect your statutory rights. They are responsible for the product you bought from them.
