I have problems with charging

My brand new Galaxy S24 Ultra is not charging correctly. I use original cable and original 25W adapter. Everything is ok and then charging stops and continues, so there is  that vibration which can be very annoying, also maybe it can go further worse please help me😔

I'm to hear you're experiencing issues with charging your phone. 

Some fantastic tips already by the members here 👏 

If an alternative Samsung charging cord and brick bring the same results then perhaps try this troubleshooting step @Hrayr 

Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device. 

As a very last resort back up and factory reset. 

A Samsung Service Centre would possibly be the next step.

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app

I tried, just says its good, but I feel its not. Would go to a service center maybe they'll help

Have a look with a light to make sure there's nothing stuck in the charging port (lint, dust etc), give it a blow out if there is or very gently use a wooden tooth pick or similar to remove anything built up. Have you also tried to use another charger wire/plug, there may be damage in the wire or adapter that isn't obviously visible if it's been crushed or bent too far for example.

Charging port is clean and about wire/plug I bought them and with first try they were like that. I'll try of course but don't know

Definitely worth a try if you have access to another, failing that I'd recommend a visit to a service centre as it could possibly be a faulty connection on the charging port or a temperature related issue.
