Has anyone had any issues with there data since the software update today. My phones working offline unless I have a wofo connection my network says everything working fine on there end

Only works with WiFi on? Did you turn on/off airplane mode; restarted the phone; re-sit sim

Tried absolutely everything. been on phone to my network vodafone they said everythings working fine on there end so tried my sim in another device and worked fine my data was all good switched back and wasnt working again. Only solution vodafone had after that was to take it into a samsung shop

Did you try some other sim in your phone. Different slots too?

Have you checked your access point settings?

Go through settings > connections > mobile networks > access point names, make sure everything looks good Vodafone's APN settings can be found here - https://speed.is/uk/vodafone/apn/

Also make sure "network operators" is set to select automatically.

Try a network reset via your Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Turn the phone Off and On. 

There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App. 

If you can try an alternative sim card in your Device.

Having a similar issue after last update on 22/7 with not being able to hear voice of caller. Switching 5g off and using 3g seems to fix the issue. Only happend after last update. Seems to be data related to.
