I hate One UI 7: how can I restore One UI 6?

I got One UI 7 on my Galaxy S24 Ultra and I hate every single change. It is such a big drawback for me, that it's almost a showstopper. I used Galaxy S phone since the S III and I have never been so disappointed.

Is there a way to remove this mess and go back to the previous UI?

Broadly speaking you cannot reverse the update.

This update is the nail in the coffin for me with Samsung. Unless I'm on wifi, the phone is a paperweight. Won't stay on the network. Lol Add on the massive battery drain. What a joke of a company. I'd have thought they'd have learned to not push things out the door in a hurry after the note 7 series.

I bought a Samsung, not an apple.

I want the normal icons back.

Also, the curly lignes indicating wind in the weather widget: I'm not a todler.

And the background of that widget now sucks. At least give me the option to customize it. Or better yet: give me the ooldwidget back

I'm going to assume you're either a bot or a shill for Samsung. These changes are anything but minor. And we pay a LOT of money for our smartphones. To have an update that changes the interface for the worse, drains the battery, changes the colour palette so completely that text is rendered unreadable and bold and normal typeface indistinguishable l. Stops ALL notifications from certain apps from being sent. The list goes on. Being a loyal Samsung customer for the last 30 years is what makes this tone-def update and subsequent response such as yours even harder to take.

Everything. And apparently, there is no way to restore the phone to the previous settings, format, or samsung apps. I own my phone. I bought and paid for it, and it was altered without my consent.

This is vandalism.
