Cookies are browser related files, which can be cleared from each browsers settings.

If you mean cache then

Settings>apps>tap each app accordingly >storage>clear cache (bottom of screen).

@Burgan68  As mentioned cookies can only be deleted from the Browser apps. For instance on Samsung Internet go to Menu Bar (3 lines on Bottom Right)-Settings-Personal Browsing Data- Delete Browsing Data. Here you can select Cookies as well as Browsing Data,search History, cached Images/files,Passwords and Auto Fill Forms.
