How to claim £30 Galaxy Store reward for purchase of S24 ultra/£30 voucher not appearing in Samsung Wallet?

I can't get this anywhere, I've downloaded wallet but don't know how to raise a claim for this, any peeps point me in the right direction?

How do I redeem my Galaxy Store credit on my S24 device?

 

  1. If you are a S24 customer, you can redeem your Galaxy Store voucher through Samsung Wallet on your S24 device
  2. After setting up, just swipe up on your home screen to access Samsung Wallet
  3. If you’re not already a Wallet member, sign up
  4. Head to the Menu then you will find the Galaxy Store promotion under the Promotions tab
  5. If you can’t see the Galaxy Store promotion, this might be because you haven’t made a call yet on your new handset, once you have made your first call this promotion should appear
  6. Select the  Galaxy Store promotion
  7. Accept the terms and conditions and hit ‘Confirm’
  8. Copy the promotional code and head to Galaxy Store.
  9. Any issues get in touch with Galaxy Store support: Select ‘Menu’ in your Galaxy Store app, select ‘Settings’ and then ‘Contact us’.

 

Can I redeem the £30 Galaxy Store credit if I did not pre-order the S24 device?

 

The £30 Galaxy Store credit is exclusively for customers who pre-ordered a S24 device.

If you didn't pre-order, you can still redeem a £10 Galaxy Store credit following the same steps mentioned above.

 

What to do if you’re a UK customer, pre-ordered the S24 device, and the £30 Galaxy Store credit is not appearing despite following the above steps.

 

If you’ve pre-ordered an S24 device (i.e. pre-ordered between 17th and 30th January 2024) from participating retailers, have tried all of the above steps, and a £30 Galaxy Store voucher is still not appearing, please get in touch with our Support who, after confirming your eligibility for the offer, will be able to assist/issue a code to you.

 

Support can be reached by phone at 0333 000 0333 (Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm | Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm| Bank Holidays | 9am to 6pm).

 

Or for getting in touch with Support by our socials or Live Chat use this link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ , and follow the steps from 'Technical product support'> 'Mobile Devices' > 'Smartphones', and click on the contact option you prefer.

Hi there, @bjnm, and congratulations on your new S24 Ultra! It's an awesome phone.

Regarding the £30 Galaxy Store voucher, have you received your new phone and are you trying to claim this via Samsung Wallet > Promotions on that (or via another Samsung device)?

If it helps at this stage, any promotional gift (such as Disney+ or the Galaxy Store voucher) will only show via the Samsung Wallet app on the eligible device and when signed in to your Samsung Account.

Ah thanks Paul, I don't get the bad boy till tomorrow, I've been trying on my old galaxy, appreciate your clarification. Do you know if the Disney reward stacks? I'm running one from an S9 ultra purchase last year.

No I've tried.
You need to cancel the subscription you have and wait till it elapsed.
Then you will be able to claim
Not sure why you can't, but that's the stipulation from the company running the promotion

You're welcome. 👍 🙂The Disney+ code does not stack with a live subscription, and your claim for that would need to be made by 31st March 2024. Any claims made after this date will not be successful.

Once you have successfully made the claim, you will be able to redeem the Disney+ code until 1st May 2024.

I appreciate that this might not be ideal, so perhaps (as a workaround) it could be used on a different Disney+ account.

Redeemed my Galaxy voucher via Samsung wallet.
Not sure what to spend it on and you need to spend it within a month's time.

Also redeemed the Disney+ voucher in Samsung wallet and then went on the website to get it.
It's new or returning customers only.

Cheers again Paul, so I could claim before 31st March and redeem this before 1st May, current sub runs till August so would need to cancel around March/April, alternatively as you suggest use on a different acc.

I can't seem to find the offer in my Samsung Wallet. Do I need to wait for my S24 Ultra to have the offer as I haven't received the phone too ☠️1706213381774.jpg
