How do I redeem my Galaxy Store credit on my S24 device?
Can I redeem the £30 Galaxy Store credit if I did not pre-order the S24 device?
The £30 Galaxy Store credit is exclusively for customers who pre-ordered a S24 device.
If you didn't pre-order, you can still redeem a £10 Galaxy Store credit following the same steps mentioned above.
What to do if you’re a UK customer, pre-ordered the S24 device, and the £30 Galaxy Store credit is not appearing despite following the above steps.
If you’ve pre-ordered an S24 device (i.e. pre-ordered between 17th and 30th January 2024) from participating retailers, have tried all of the above steps, and a £30 Galaxy Store voucher is still not appearing, please get in touch with our Support who, after confirming your eligibility for the offer, will be able to assist/issue a code to you.
Support can be reached by phone at 0333 000 0333 (Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm | Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm| Bank Holidays | 9am to 6pm).
Or for getting in touch with Support by our socials or Live Chat use this link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ , and follow the steps from 'Technical product support'> 'Mobile Devices' > 'Smartphones', and click on the contact option you prefer.

Hi there, @bjnm, and congratulations on your new S24 Ultra! It's an awesome phone.
Regarding the £30 Galaxy Store voucher, have you received your new phone and are you trying to claim this via Samsung Wallet > Promotions on that (or via another Samsung device)?
If it helps at this stage, any promotional gift (such as Disney+ or the Galaxy Store voucher) will only show via the Samsung Wallet app on the eligible device and when signed in to your Samsung Account.

You're welcome. 👍 🙂The Disney+ code does not stack with a live subscription, and your claim for that would need to be made by 31st March 2024. Any claims made after this date will not be successful.
Once you have successfully made the claim, you will be able to redeem the Disney+ code until 1st May 2024.
I appreciate that this might not be ideal, so perhaps (as a workaround) it could be used on a different Disney+ account.
