How to claim £30 Galaxy Store reward for purchase of S24 ultra/£30 voucher not appearing in Samsung Wallet?

I can't get this anywhere, I've downloaded wallet but don't know how to raise a claim for this, any peeps point me in the right direction?

I've received my 24 today, no vouchers in Samsung wallet!! Also beware of the dull screen.... It's going to take some getting used to

I'm no doubt going to miss out on the voucher as my S24 Ultra isn't due for despatch until next month (19th). When I ordered via Samsung it stated the wallet code must be claimed by the 14th Feb.  I'm praying my phone will arrive before the claim date as I have already missed out on the free watch offer as was too late.  As for the Disney+ offer I can't find anything about that such as how to claim so I may have missed out on that too.

You'll be fine for the Disney offer, you can claim up to the 31st March 👍 go to rewards when you get your s24 and claim, think they give you a code which you redeem inside the downloaded app, once you get your account set up you can install on other devices, TV, laptop, tablet etc, you need to give bank/cc details but you do get 12 months free before that would kick in, should you cancel before your free sub expires you won't pay a penny 👍

I've had my S24 Ultra almost 2 weeks, but the £30 Galaxy Store voucher is not showing up. I'm unsure what the issue is?? The 12 months free Disney subscription went through just fine.

Hi there, @scott2121210. From which retailer did you purchase your new S24 Ultra (congratulations, by the way!) and are you trying to claim the Galaxy Store code via the Wallet app on this phone (as opposed to a separate device)?

Ive got my s24 ultra, I've logged into wallet and signed into samsung account but no £30 shop voucher or way to.get it
