how ot claim offer Watch 6 after bought the s24 ultra

I missed to redeem the offer of samsung watch 6 when i was  purchasing galaxy S24 ultra last week. i bouth only phone and missed to use code when i ordered from samsung online store. there is any option to claim for offer after purchased the product

I orderd the s24 ultra on 30th jan before 12. Watch offer was there when i order but now when i claim then they said im not under that offer😒

As you made the purchase outside of the promotional period (from 00:01 on the 17th January 2024, to 23:59 on the 25th January), you won't be eligible for the promotion.

Me too...I ordered from Three, lady said off was on until 30th, she looked it up....phone delivered yesterday with the item code only to find out you could do it on 29th Feb....what a joke!
