How do I use Googles Translator for the AI "Chat Translation"?

As you can see, when I type and want it to translate what I'm writing, there's so many languages to translate to. But when I want to translate what's been sent to me, there's only like 15 languages to choose from.

How do I change this so I have ALL the languages available and not just a few?

If you are referring the AI languages, there are only a few available at the moment.

You might like to take screenshots instead of a video. The video needs to be approved and it might take some time.

If you're using Samsung keyboard, then goto,
Settings>General management >Samsung keyboard >Translation. Toggle on Google

The video is not banished. It has to be approved by a moderator. However, considering that today is a Bank Holiday, they might not be around. It could take some time, so that why I suggested that you could take screenshots instead of a video.
