Battery issues s24u

Hi 

Posted the other day about my battery being slow to charge over night but I've noticed al week since I got the phone that it does not matter how low the battery..when I go to bed I wireless charge it through the night and no matter what time I get up the battery is always at 96% ! I take ot off the charger and place back and within 10 mins it's up to 100% ! This has been the same all week lol any ideas?

It sounds like you have set battery protection to Adaptive.

On:

Settings -> Battery -> Battery protection (toggle off)

If you still want it to be toggle on tap on the battery protection and select "Basic".

Year battery protection is on but ots also set to basic too...it's just strange it only charges to 96% but of I lift it off the charger it will charge to 100% lol can't quite get my head around it lol

It is likely that it charges up to 100% and then it drops down to 95% to restart the cycle. You could turn off battery protection and just charge it until 100% as when needed.

Ah OK that would make sense..just strange it does not matter what time I get up it's always 96% lol
