Hello @KarlReed 👋
May I assune you've imported the phone to use in a different country 🤔
Changing the csc can come with caveats and does not always guarantee it can then be used.
I imported a Samsung Note²⁰ phone from Hong Kong into the UK ,and ended up using Google Wallet.
If your mind is made up to change the csc then look on sites such as xdadevelopers.com and sammobile.com for insight on how to do this.
Be aware if things do go wrong then you can end up with an unstable phone that Samsung may not touch if the phone has been imported.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Changing CSC itself cannot trip Knox, the shady ways of doing the change can. For example, SamFW tool is behind the scenes is just using AT modem commands to do its job. I could not use the tool since I am on Apple Silicone device, so I just did it manually via a terminal and documented the steps: https://dmitry.khlebnikov.net/2025/10/09/samsung-csc-change-using-modem-commands/ -- as you can see from the article, you can easily switch back and forth from one CSC code to another, no harm done.
